I asked if there was a way I can have the printer ignore the error message and just let it print. I made a research on this. There is no option to ignore that message and print. If a cartridge protector is unavailable, store the unused cartridge in a rigid, airtight container not a plastic bag. If unprotected, the cartridge can dry out and become unsuitable for use.
